Enjoy the Secret Game Room with a wet bar, foosball, darts, poker table, 100" screen for movies or gaming; a 6-person spa; 800 SF master suite (55" HDTV, king bed, sitting area with fireplace and ocean views, a separate spa sitting area with a clawfoot tub and fireplace); five total fireplaces; and open concept great room with a fireplace, two lanais and Chef's kitchen with views of the ocean and the Yaquina Lighthouse.

The enclosed sun porch has a relaxing six-person spa to relax after your day exploring or on the beach.

Two large ocean-view bedrooms on the first level include one with a queen-size canopy bedroom and a private deck, gas fireplace, and chaise lounge. The other bedroom has dramatic bay windows, a large cherry fireplace, walk-in closet, and two extra-long twin beds that can be combined as a king bed.

The open concept, recently renovated kitchen is a chef's dream, with beautiful leather-finished granite countertops, a dining area for 6-8, and an island that seats 5. There are two decks off of this room, one with rocking chairs and built-in bar tops to set your drinks while enjoying the ocean view, and another, also with an ocean view, with a gas grill and a granite dining table that can seat eight comfortably.

All of the beds have premium memory-foam mattresses and quality linens. One of our guests recently commented that these were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept on. Good quality towels (beach and bath) are also included.

Steps to the beach, pubs, shops, parks & the largest performing arts center on the Oregon Coast. Luxury, location and views for savvy travelers with room for everyone.

Depending on availability, this listing can be combined with The Landing at Nye Beach to accommodate up to 14 guests. The Landing is handicap accessible, perfect for a large family group traveling with members who need an accessible location.

For families traveling with children, the newest and most popular park in Newport, Coast Park, is located directly across the street. The park features a pirate ship with a three-story slide and other attractions.

Our homes are professionally sanitized after each guest, with all doorknobs, light switches, thermostats, remote controls, etc. treated with antiviral-antibacterial agents. Bedding is washed on the hottest settings with bleach. We also have professional grade HEPA filter air cleaners available on request.

For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
