There are three spacious outdoor lanais, all ocean view, one with a grill and outdoor seating for 10 and two with built-in bar railings for your coffee or wine.
The great room boasts a chef's kitchen, two lanais and seats 11 to dine (plus outdoor seating for 10).
Don't miss the Secret Game Room! Sadly, some of our guests have not found it, be sure to ask us if you need a clue! ...Inside you'll find a 100" screen with high-rez projector for movies or gaming (with your system), vintage record player and 78's, foosball table that converts to ping pong, air hockey, table tennis, etc., a wet bar, and a poker-top table.
An enclosed sunporch houses a sparkling six-person spa.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We are former San Diegans who now live in Oregon, and love to travel with our Rottweilers. Roy is a physician, and Lauri's background is in commercial real estate, so vacation rentals started as a sideline. We bought our first vacation rental as a weekend getaway with our dogs, and loved it so much we decided to open it to other dog-loving travelers who also wanted a getaway. The home was soon booked up, a movie was filmed on-site, and many guests returned on a regular basis to enjoy the home we loved so much. Since then, we have stayed in many vacation rentals, with and without our dogs, and have used our stays to develop best practices to welcome our guests on their vacations. Our passion is to create amazing homes that our guests will love: An amazing location, unique and stylish decor, superb comfort, a calming ambiance, and fun for the whole group. From anniversaries to family reunions, milestone birthdays, and even times when families are gathering to say goodbye to a loved one, it is our honor and privilege to help our guests with their vacation accommodations. The luxurious master suites occupies the entire fourth floor and is approximately 800 square feet. It offers a wall of windows with sweeping ocean views, a gas fireplace, leather couch and armchair to enjoy the view, a rolltop desk for work, a clawfoot tub with a third sitting area with leather armchair and fireplace, a master bath with separate laundry and a coffee bar. King size bed with premium memory foam mattress, skylights and lots of natural light. The Canopy Queen bedroom offers a gas fireplace, a chaise lounge overlooking the village and ocean views, and a private deck. The Double Twin or King bedroom features a fireplace, sitting area, bay windows and ocean and village views, and a large walk-in closet. The extra-long beds with premium mattresses can be converted to a king bed if desired. |
